About Elio Travels

Elio Travels is a travel companion for the whole trip — from the first idea to the last receipt. It brings your itinerary, bookings, documents, budget and travel companions into one place, and pairs them with Elio, an assistant that understands your plan.

What it does

• Plans that hold together. Stops with dates, an itinerary in the right time zones, and checks for gaps, overlaps and missing connections.
• Your documents, read for you. Upload a confirmation or ticket and Elio drafts the booking for you to confirm.
• Group trips without the chaos. Shared plans with roles, polls, decisions, announcements and a shared expense ledger.
• Budgets you can trust. Cost lines with ranges and assumptions, totals per currency, and “What if?” scenarios.
• Now. On the day, what’s next, when to leave and where to meet.

How we work

• Nothing changes without you. Elio proposes; you confirm.
• Private by default. Your bookings, documents and spending are yours. You choose what to share with a group, and passports and ID cards are never sent to the AI assistant.
• Honest about what we know. When live data isn’t available — a timetable, a price, an entry rule — we say so instead of guessing, and point you to the official source.
• No ads in your trips. Our free travel guides are supported by advertising. The app itself — your plans, documents and chats — is ad-free.

We publish practical guides on planning itineraries, travelling as a group, budgeting, documents and getting around. They’re written to be useful whether or not you use the app, and we update them when things change.
